NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on September 8, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2016 CA 001032 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE TRUST 2006-A4 is the Plaintiff, and MARIO AVILA CONCEPCION, JR. AKA MARIO A. CONCEPCION, JR. AKA MARIO CONCEPCION, JR. AKA MARIO CONCEPCION AKA MARIO AVILA CONCEPCION; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARIO AVILA CONCEPCION, JR. AKA MARIO A. CONCEPCION, JR. AKA MARIO CONCEPCION, JR. AKA MARIO CONCEPCION AKA MARIO AVILA CONCEPCION; CITIMORTGAGE, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 NKA BONNIE CZEPIEL; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Karen E. Rushing will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on March 14, 2017 at 9:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK D, SOUTH GATE RIDGE, UNIT NO. 2, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 74, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
