NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on January 25, 2017'‹, in case number 2016-CA-2044-NC, of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein JAMES E BARR, a Married Man is the Plaintiff and BRIAN BISHOP, as Trustee of the William F. Bishop Revocable Trust U/A/D 6/12/2008, is the Defendant. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash via the foreclosure sales conducted via internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on the 27th '‹day of March'‹, 2017, at 9:00 a.m. the following described property in Sarasota County, Florida, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 81, MORRIS INDUSTRIAL PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGES 18 AND 18a, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE FINAL JUDGMENT AND FORECLOSURE SALE MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
