NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 16, 2017, entered in Civil Case No.: 16-CA-003783 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NA, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, NA, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO LASALLE BANK NA, ON BEHALF OF THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I TRUST 2006-HE5, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE5, Plaintiff, and FREYDA SPENCER A/K/A FREYDA DIEPHOLZ SPENCER; ROGER SPENCER II A/K/A ROGER LEE SPENCER II; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A WILNELIA GONZALEZ, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 20 day of March, 2017, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 9A, WILLOW LAKE, SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15 PAGE 49 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
