The administration of the estate of BETTY JANE ENSMINGER, deceased, File Number 16-CP-002752, is pending in the Circuit Court for Lee County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is Clerk of Court, Probate Division, P.O. Box 310, Fort Meyers, Florida 33902. The names and addresses of the personal representative and the personal representative's attorney are set forth below.

ALL CLAIMS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
