Chalfant a/k/a Steven Chalfant are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT www.lee.realforeclose.com IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on March 20, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 13, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS BONITA SPRINGS COUNTRY CLUB, UNIT 2, ACCORING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 16 THROUGH 18, INCLUSIVE, AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
