NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2015-CA-050459 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for ACE Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2006-CW1, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Plaintiff and Mary K. Adams are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT www.lee.realforeclose.com IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on March 17, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 3, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS KAPOK VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 68 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
