Farshadi, Faramarz Farshadi, Lakewood Village Recreation Association, Inc., Lakewood Village Section II Residents' Association, Inc., Unkown Party #1 n/k/a Eveangela Jones, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 15 day of March, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
