Plaintiff, v.
ANTHONY HENRY KOLO, IF LIVING AND IF DEAD, THE UNKNOWN, HEIRS, DEVISEES GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST ANTHONY HENRY KOLO; THE UNKNOWN
SPOUSE OF ANTHONY HENRY KOLO; and THE UNKNOWN TENANT(S)/OCCUPANT(S) IN POSSESSION,

Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 30th day of January, 2017, and Amended Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 21 day of February, 2017 entered in case No. 16-CA-002978 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein ANTHONY HENRY KOLO and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANTHONY HENRY KOLO now known as KATHLEEN JOHNSON are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 16 day of March, 2017 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Apartment No. 407, Sunset Towers Apartments Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, recorded in Official Records Book 359, Pages 301 through 349, and amended in Official Records Book 380, Page 455, Official Records Book 417, Page 353, Official Records Book 511, Page 671, Official Records Book 598, Page 227, and Official Records Book 951, Page 119, all in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements and all appurtenances thereunto appertaining and specified in said Condominium Declaration, including but not limited to Automobile Parking Space 407
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
