NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 9, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-002070-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST INC, SERIES 2005-9, is Plaintiff and JAMES JOHANSEN, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 14th day of March, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE LAND REFERRED TO IN THIS EXHIBIT IS LOCATED IN THE COUNTY OF PINELLAS AND THE STATE OF FLORIDA IN DEED BOOK 10723 AT PAGE 936 AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
THE WESTERLY 59.01 FEET OF LOT 39 AND THE EASTERLY 10.99 FEET OF LOT 40, CITRUS HEIGHTS MANOR, FIRST ADDITION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA.
Property Address: 1942 ASHLAND DR, CLEARWATER, FLORIDA 33763
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
