NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 9, 2017, and entered in Case No. 09-015214-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. WILMINGTON TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT AS TRUSTEE OF ARLP SECURITIZATION TRUST SERIES 2015-1, is Plaintiff and RICHARD SIKORSKI A/K/A RICHARD ANDREW SIKORSKI; EVA M. SIKORSKI A/K/A EVA SIKORSKI; are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 27TH day of MARCH, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 176 FEET OF THE SOUTH 411 FEET OF LOT 11, IN THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OF PINELLAS GROVES, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 55, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE EAST 160 FEET, AND SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS/EGRESS ALONG THE EAST 20 FEET THEREOF.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
