NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 02, 2017, and entered in 16-000692- CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein MTGLQ INVESTORS, L.P. is the Plaintiff and GENE LEAL; GINA L. LEAL; GULF SHORES ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 21, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 313, GULF SHORES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 122 THROUGH 124, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED 2/11/1974 IN O.R. BOOK 4134, PAGES 1167 THROUGH 1209, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
