BEAR STEARNS MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST 2007-AR5 MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-AR5 is the Plaintiff and PFS PROPERTIES, LLC; EUSTACE E. CUMMINGS-JOHN; CAROLYN CUMMINGS-JOHN; RIVER WATCH HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s).
