NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 9, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-003503-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Reverse Mortgage Solutions, Inc., is the Plaintiff and Ann Tzempoulos, United States of America acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 22nd day of March, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 43, BLOCK A, NORTHWOOD ESTATES TRACT C, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 75, PAGES 65 AND 66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
