NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 31, 2017, entered in Case No. 2014-006399-CI, Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR REGISTERED HOLDERS OF LONG BEACH
MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-WL2, ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-WL2, is the Plaintiff, and GARRY A. TUCKER and DORINDA M. TUCKER, are the Defendants, I, Ken Burke, Clerk of the aforesaid Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 a.m. on May 11, 2017, the following described real property, situate and being in Pinellas County, Florida to-wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK F, CROSS BAYOU ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 58 AND 59, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Said sale will be made pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure.
