NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 53-2014-CA-002840 in the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, Plaintiff, and, SALLY A. BRAATZ, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.polk.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM, on the 17th day of January, 2017, the following described property:
LOT 127, TRADITIONS PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 131, PAGE 47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
