NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 05, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2016CA001024000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and DONNA M. CLARK A/K/A DONNA CLARK, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 03 day of February, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 401, ORCHID SPRINGS VILLAGE NO. 200, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, recorded in Official Records Book 1406, Page 163, re-recorded in Official Records Book 1547, Page 559, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 1, Page 25, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
