NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 5 December, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2016CA002886000000 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Jonathan H. Fletcher aka Jonathan Fletcher, Paige Fletcher aka Tina P. Fletcher, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 19th of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
ALL OF LOT 9 AND THAT PART OF LOT 10,BLOCK 45, STEPHENSON'S ADDITION TO BABSON PARK, AND RESUBDIVISION OF BLOCKS 36, 38, 39, 40, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47,48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56 AND 57 OF PLAT OF CITY OF CROOKED LAKE, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 28 AND 28A, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
