NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 22, 2016, entered in Case No. 11-2016-CA-000320-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Carsten Geiger; Unknown Spouse of Carsten Geiger; Terrace V At Cedar Hammock Association, Inc.; Cedar Hammock Golf & Country Club, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the January 19, 2017 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 3417, BUILDING 34, TERRACE V AT CEDAR HAMMOCK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3246, PAGE 1547, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
