Bank National Association, As Trustee For Adjustable Rate Mortgage Trust 2005-12, Adjustable Rate Mortgage Backed Pass Through Certificates, Series 2005-12, is the Plaintiff and Joshua Gunaratnam, Joshua Gunaratnam, As Trustee Of The Lake Wales Trust Dated 18th Day of February, 2006, His Successors or Successors, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., As Nominee For Credit Suisse Financial Corporation, Rolling Oak Ridge Subdivision Property Owners' Association, Inc., are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 24th of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
