NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 26 September, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2016CA002073000000 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which FBC Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Griffin Landing Homeowners Association, Inc., Jason Radford, Stephanie Radford, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 24th of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 8, GRIFFIN LANDING, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 147, PAGES 26 AND 27, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
