NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 17, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2016CA001392 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which CNF REALTY PARTNERS LLC, is the Plaintiff and INVERSE INVESTMENTS, LLC; SCOTT CARSON; BAHAMA BAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants, Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on http://www.polk.realforeclose.com/ in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Polk County, Florida at 10:00 am on the 17th day of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
