NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18th day of November, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-002616-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and GUARDIAN OF ELSA WINA LLANOS A/K/A ELSA W. LLANOS; METROWEST MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; RESIDENTIAL FUNDING CORPORATION; SUNTRUST BANK; WESTCHESTER ASSOCIATION AT METROWEST, INC.; LUZ CASTILLO; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A RICHARD REYNOLDS; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF LUIS A. LLANOS; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 21st day of March, 2017 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL as the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 26, A REPLAT OF TRACT 10, METROWEST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGES 87, 88, AND 89, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
