NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 28, 2010 and an Order Resetting Sale dated December 8, 2016 and entered in Case No. 482010CA004784XXXXXX of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Green Tree Servicing LLC is Plaintiff and MANUEL REGUEIRO A/K/A MANUEL REGUERIO; ANA REGUEIRO A/K/A ANA REGUERIO; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on March 8, 2017 the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
