Tiffany Moore-Russell, the Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Orange, Florida, on January 30, 2017, at 11:00 a.m., electronically online at the following website: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com for the following described property:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
