No. 15-CA-000636 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein Bayshore Commons Community Association, Inc., is Plaintiff, and Casey W. Honchar is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 o'clock A.M. on the 11th day of January, 2017 the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
LOT 208, OF BAYSHORE COMMONS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2006000404369, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Property Address: 6350 Brant Bay Boulevard, North Fort Myers, FL 33917.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) Days after the sale.
