NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 14, 2016, and entered in 11-2016-CA-001502-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CAROUSEL COVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and JOHN PALINCHAK and MALEE PALINCHAK are the Defendants. Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on January 18, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 15, Block A, Carousel Cove, a Subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 60, Pages 13 to 15 inclusive, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
