NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 13, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 004598 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST, AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-8, is Plaintiff and KARL A KUMMER, ET AL., are Defendants, the Office of Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 17th day of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit No. 14-102, Las Palmas of Sarasota, a Luxury Condominium, together with an Undivided Interest in the common Elements, According to the Declaration of Condominium thereof Recorded in instrument #2004247846, as Amended in instrument #20024247847, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
