NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Consent Summary Final Judgment as to Count I entered in the above styled Case Number 2016 CC 002553 NC, in the County Court of Sarasota, Florida, that the Clerk of Court for Sarasota County will sell the following real property, in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Unit 650, ROSEMARY PARK, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium of Rosemary Park, a Condominium, recorded in Official Records, Instrument No. 2003052892, and any and all amendments thereto, and as per the First Amended Plat of Rosemary Park, a Condominium, thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 38, Pages 31 through 31-D, all of which appear in the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

at public sale after having first given notice as require by section 45.031, Florida Statutes, as follows:
