Bergman, Leroy J. Bergman, Norwest Financial, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, successor in interest to Wells Fargo Financial Bank, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 27th day of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
