NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on December 22, 2016 in Civil Case No. 14-CA-050463, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-2 is the Plaintiff, and JENNIFER HUGHES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE N/K/A VINCENT AMAROSO; CITY OF CAPE CORAL, FLORIDA, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OFFLORIDA are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on January 23, 2017 at 09:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
