AS NOMINEE FOR GMAC MORTGAGE CORPORATION; SPECIALIZED LOAN SERVICING LLC; STONEYBROOK AT GATEWAY MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; STONEYBROOK, A GOLF COURSE COMMUNITY OF FORT MYERS, INC, are defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 27TH day of JANUARY, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 61, BLOCK B, STONEYBROOK AT GATEWAY - UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 78, PAGE 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
