NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 8, 2016, and entered in 11-2016-CA-000304-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE MARSHALL FAMILY TRUST DATED THE 26TH DAY OF JULY 2006; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE MARSHALL FAMILY TRUST DATED THE 26TH DAY OF JULY 2006; MILISSA KLIMKOFSKI; BERKSHIRE LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT et al are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on January 26, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
