Final Judgment was awarded on December 15, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2015CA005503AX, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein, DITECH FINANCIAL, LLC is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF ELIZABETH A. BLACK, DECEASED; CORTEZ PLAZA APARTMENTS, BUILDING A, ASSOCIATION, INC.; CALVIN EUGENE JOHNSON A/K/A GENE JOHNSON; KIMBERLY LEIGH BENITEZ A/K/A KIMBERLY L. BENITEZ A/K/A KIMBERLY JOHNSON BROOME; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on January 19, 2017 at 11:00 AM the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
APARTMENT A-9, BUILDING A, OF CORTEZ PLAZA APARTMENTS, AS PER DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED AT OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 620, PAGES 195 THROUGH 220, AS PER CONDOMINIUM PLAT RECORDED AT CONDOMINIUM BOOK 4, PAGE 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
