Nash, As Trustee of the Remar Trust 207017601, David B. Howe, United States of America, Internal Revenue Service, John Doe, Unknown Beneficiaries Of The Remar Trust 207017601, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 30th day of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
