Brock , will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 11:00 A.M. AT 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on January 26, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 1202, MERIDIAN CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 909, AT PAGE 928 THROUGH 981, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES TO THE UNIT INCLUDING THE UNDIVIDED SHARE OF COMMON ELEMENTS AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS RESERVED FOR EACH UNIT THEREIN.
