NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 15, 2016, and entered in Case No. 41 2015CA005917AX, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS , CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF DANA G. BRACKEN A/K/A DANA GWEN BRACKEN, DECEASED; JODY F. PAPP; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CAMBRIDGE VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. ANGELINA (ANGEL) COLONNESO, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 19 day of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 6, BLOCK “A”, OF CAMBRIDGE VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 3, AT PAGES 52 THROUGH 58, INCLUSIVE, AND DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 588, PAGES 543 THROUGH 602, AS AMENDED, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
