NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2015-CA-004862 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein EVERBANK, Plaintiff and Richard Williams are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on January 23, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE WEST 23.95 FEET OF LOT 29A, ALL LOT 29 AND THE EAST 17.55 FEET OF LOT 28A, BLOCK 3, CORRECTED MAP OF TEMPLE KNOLL REVISED, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE(S) 15, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
