NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 27, 2016, and entered in Case No. 41 2016CA000530AX, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK N.A. is Plaintiff and SEAN MURPHY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SEAN MURPHY; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY - UNIT A; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY - UNIT B; are defendants. ANGELINA (ANGEL) COLONNESO, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 25 day of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25, BLOCK 35, HOLIDAY HEIGHTS, 2ND ADDITION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 27, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
