NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 19, 2016, and entered in 2016CA001937000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2007-HE6 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HE6 is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF CAROL I. SLEETH A/K/A CAROL SLEETH, DECEASED; DOUGLAS SLEETH; CYNTHIA GRONDIN; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A. are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on February 02, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
