NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 27, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-005762-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO US BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF JULY 1, 2007 MASTR ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGES TRUST 2007-HF2 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HF2, is Plaintiff and JOSEPH A. COSTELLO, SR. A/K/A JOSEPH A. COSTELLO, ET AL., are Defendants, the Office of Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 26th day of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 207, Laurel Oak Estates, Section 5, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 35, Page 38, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
