GOW; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GERALDINE I. GOW; CHURCH SQUARE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 30, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
