NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 31, 2016, and entered in 2016CA001235000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE INC. is the Plaintiff and AGUSTIN MARTINEZ; ANTHONY MARQUEZ; CITIBANK, N.A., SUUCESSOR BY MERGER TO CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; MAPLE HILL HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF POLK COUNTY, INC. are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 30, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
