NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 14, 2016, and entered in 2015 CA 005717 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR ABFC 2006-OPT1 TRUST ASSET BACKED FUNDING CORPORATION ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-OPT1 is the Plaintiff and ANTHONY J. CASSISE; MISTY M. CASSISE are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on March 20, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
