HOLT; SUSAN FEDER HOLT A/K/A SUSAN B. HOLT; VILLA LE GRAND OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; CITIBANK, N.A. are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on January 30, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
