NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to aFinal Judgement of Foreclosure dated December 29, 2016 entered in Case No. 11-2016-ca-000387 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Alfredo Hernandez; Evelyn Hernandez; Home Ally Financial, LLC are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the January 26, 2017 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 150 FEET OF TRACT 125, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 9, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 99 AND 100, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
