NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an action for non-judicial foreclosure of timeshare units on the Claim of Lien, which is dated October 20, 2016 and recorded October 24, 2016 in the Official Records Book 2644, Page 4985 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida as Instrument Number 201641050684 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, I will sell, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at Little Gull Cottages Manager's Office, 5330 Gulf of Mexico Drive, Longboat Key, FL 34228 on the 2nd day of February, 2017, at 11:00 a.m., the following described real property located in Manatee County, Florida, to-wit:
