NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 29, 2016 in Civil Case No. 41 2014CA004732AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, wherein FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND OTHER UNKNOWN PERSONS OR UNKNOWN SPOUSES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST BARBARA J. GILTNER, DECEASED, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 2ND day of February, 2017 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 40, Block A, The Townhouses of Lakeside South, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 20, Page 72, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
