NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 09, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2016CA002032000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK COUNTY, Florida, wherein PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and WILLIAM C. MILLER A/K/A WILLIAM MILLER, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 07 day of February, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The East 177 feet of the West 233 feet of the South 660 feet of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 22, Township 31 South, Range 26 East, Polk County, Florida, LESS the South 30 feet for road right-of-way.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
