BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE WEST BOUNDARY LINE OF BRISTOL AVENUE WHICH IS FIVE FEET NORTH 31 DEGREES 45' WEST FROM THE SOUTHEAST COMER OF LOT 35 OF PLAT OF INDIAN BEACH, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 96, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE AT THE SAME ANGLE ALONG WEST BOUNDARY LINE OF BRISTOL AVENUE A DISTANCE OF 60 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 72 DEGREES 25' WEST A DISTANCE OF 271 FEET MORE OR LESS TO THE WATERS OF SARASOTA BAY; THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG THE WATERS OF SARASOTA BAY A DISTANCE OF 71 FEET MORE OR LESS TO A POINT, WHICH POINT IS SOUTH 70 DEGREES 35' WEST FROM POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH 70 DEGREES 35' EAST A DISTANCE OF 273 FEET MORE OR LESS TO POINT OF BEGINNING; SAID ABOVE DESCRIBED PLAT OF LAND LYING PARTLY IN LOT 35 AND PARTLY IN LOT 36 OF SAID PLAT OF INDIAN BEACH.

BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 36; THENCE SOUTH 40 DEGREES 47' EAST 96 FEET MORE OR LESS TO AN IRON AXLE SET AT HIGH WATER MARK ON SARASOTA BAY; THENCE NORTH 70 DEGREES 35' EAST TO THE POINT OF INTERSECTION WITH NORTH LINE OF LOT 36; THENCE WEST ALONG NORTH LINE OF LOT 36 TO POINT OF BEGINNING.

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on counsel for Plaintilf, whose address is 6409 Congress Avenue, Suite 100, Boca Raton, Florida 33487 on or before February 6, 2017 /(30 days from Date of First Publication of this Notice) and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition filed herein.
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED ONCE A WEEK FOR TWO (2) CONSECUTIVE WEEKS.
