NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 5, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2016 CA 001916 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and John Philip Hubert a/k/a John P. Hubert a/k/a John Hubert, as an Heir to the Estate of Marguerite Z. Hubert a/k/a Marguerite Zorc Hubert a/k/a Marguerite M. Hubert, deceased , Melissa Hubert Owens a/k/a Melissa H. Owens a/k/a Melissa M. Owens, as an Heir to the Estate of Marguerite Z. Hubert a/k/a Marguerite Zorc Hubert a/k/a Marguerite M. Hubert, deceased, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Marguerite Z. Hubert a/k/a Marguerite Zorc Hubert a/k/a Marguerite M. Hubert, deceased, United States of America, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 3rd day of February, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
